Reasonable Doubt is the debut album by Jay-Z. It was released on June 25, 1996 by Roc-A-Fella Records in the United States. The album features production from DJ Premier, Ski and Clark Kent, and guest vocals by Memphis Bleek, Sauce Money and The Notorious B.I.G. It peaked at #23 on the Billboard 200, received platinum status in 2002, and sold 1.4 million copies as of 2006.

Anthrax is an American, New York City-based thrash metal band, who released its first full-length album in 1984. The band was one of the most popular bands of the 1980s thrash metal scene and are notable for combining metal with rap and hardcore music early on. They have sold over 10 million albums worldwide, and are classified as one of the “big four” of thrash metal alongside Metallica, Megadeth, and Slayer.
They have made several appearances on television including: Married… with Children, WWE Raw, NewsRadio, Cheers, and Ask Dr. Ruth amongst others. The band has also appeared in movies such as Run Ronnie Run (performing as the fictional band Titannica) and Calendar Girls. Their song “Madhouse” was used in the videogame Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in-game radio station V-Rock and in Guitar Hero II. Their song “Caught in a Mosh” was also featured in Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s. In 2006, guitarist Scott Ian was a cast member of VH1’s reality show SuperGroup and is also featured on many other VH1 shows such and I Love the 80s and I Love the 90s.

Devil Without A Cause by Kid Rock
Summary:
Devil Without a Cause is Kid Rock’s breakthrough album. It was released in 1998 by Atlantic Records and produced by John Travis. The album was certified 11 times Platinum by the RIAA by April 2003. In 2007, the National Association of Recording Merchandisers (NARM) and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame named Devil Without A Cause the 68th best album of all time.
The album sold just 5000 copies in its first week. The first single “Welcome 2 The Party” with its low budget video failed to make a big impression. A chance meeting at a New York night club with Carson Daly, at the time a VJ for MTV and host of Total Request Live (TRL), got Kid Rock a DJ gig on MTV during their summer break special on TRL. He was eventually booked to perform in December of 1998 on MTV Fashionably Loud which got him noticed by the college crowd and MTV released “I Am The Bullgod” video on their programming. The song was originally released on 1994’s Fire It Up EP, and it became a moderate hit.
The subsequent single, “Bawitdaba”, built off of an old school rap chant and AC/DC style guitars, helped him break into the rock top 10 and ultimately become a household name. He had even greater success with the third single, landing his first pop top 40 hit with “Cowboy”, an oddball mix of rap, southern rock, country and folk. Kid Rock released the ballad “Only God Knows Why”, which was praised as the 1990s version of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Free Bird”. The final single was the southern rocker “Wasting Time”. The rest of the album saw an eclectic mix of rock, rap and country. The rap metal song “~censored~ Off” featured a then-unknown rapper called Eminem.
